These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from BitIt Solutions®(www.bitit.ind.in) or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both, the client and BitIt Solutions®. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at BitIt Solutions® sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Disclaimer:

The products sold by BitIt Solutions®are not BitIt/designed for and will not be used in life support systems, as/with medical equipment, nuclear facilities or systems, aircraft, aviation, aviation communication devices or other critical systems whose failure to perform could result in significant Injury or loss of life or damage to property. Accordingly, BitIt Solutions® will not be liable, and should the buyer use or sell BitIt Solutions® products for use in such hazardous applications, he/she does so entirely at their own risk. Furthermore, the buyer agrees to fully hold liability, defend and hold BitIt Solutions® harmless for/against any and all claims, demands, actions, litigation, and proceedings of any kind arising out of/related to above mentioned use or sale.

Shipping and Risk:

• Order Will Be Shipped Within 24 Hours After Order is Processed. (Only Working Days)
• Shipping Partners : FedEx, Delhivery, XpressBees, Gati, BlueDart, Ecom Express (Depending on Availability at Your Pincode), EzPz Solutions® Does not Have any Control on Operation of Shipping Partners.
• Shipping dates are estimates Provided By Shipping Partners.
• Mode Of Transport: Air (2-3 Working Days) , Road (5-7 Working Days).
• Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is EzPz Solutions® Responsibility. (Not Applicable for Fully Built PC’s)
• You have to Pay ₹1000 For Transit Insurance. (Only For Fully Built Pc’s)
• You Must Leave a Remark During Delivery to Delivery Guy About Damaged Box or Package, and Make an Un-Boxing, Un-cut Video of the Package.
• You must notify EzPz Solutions® of damaged or missing items from your order within 24-hours of receiving your product.

COD Terms:

• To Avail COD on Orders, a Security Deposit of ₹500 Applicable.
• This Deposit is Not Refundable After 24 Hours.
• Additional 2.7% Cash Handling Fees Will Be Applicable on Total Order Amount (Charged By Shipping Partner).
• COD Deposit ₹500 Will Be Deducted From Total Order Amount.
• Order Will Not Be Processed Further, Until ₹500 Deposit is Received.

Order Processing /Cancellations:

• Orders will be Processed Within 24-48 Hours.
• Order Cancellation can be Done Within 24 Hours Only.
• Order cannot be Cancelled After 24 Hours for Paid Orders.
• Payment gateway fees will not be refunded if order is canceled (Fees are Charged by Payment partners and not by us)
• Bajaj finance order will not be canceled in any condition

Warranty/RMA:

• All Products Sold By BitIt Solutions® Are Under Selected Company Warranty.
• We Do Not Provide Warranty of Any Product But We provide Phone Support For Claiming Your Product Warranty.
• Your Product Warranty Starts From Date of Purchase.

• Memory (RAM) : Limited Lifetime (Until Production Lasts)
• Graphics Card : 3 Years
• Hard Disk : 2 Years
• Solid State Drive (SSD) : 3 Years

• CPU Air Coolers : 3 Years
• Power Supply : 3 Years
• Cabinets : 2 Years
• Monitors : 3 Years
• Wi-Fi Routers: 3 Years
• Keyboard & Mouse : 1 Year
• Note : Warranty Varies According to Different Manufacturer Policy.

DOA/Replacement Policy:

• If the Product does Not Work Out of The Box Then Only This Policy is Valid.
• DOA Warranty is Valid for 3 Days Only.
• To Claim DOA Replacement You Must Record Unboxing Un-Cut Video of The Package and Send it to us.
• If the Product DOA is Confirmed, a Reverse Pickup of The Product will be arranged By BitIt Solutions®, And a Replacement Product will Be Dispatched within 7-15 Working Days After Receiving your Product.
• We Will Test Your Product After Receiving, If The Product is in Working Condition You Have to Bare The Reverse Pickup and Forward Shipping Charges For The Same.
